3. Booking and Inquiries
Submission of a booking inquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. All performances and tutoring sessions are subject to a separate contract or written agreement regarding fees, timing, and location.
4. Product Sales (CD/USB)
All sales of the "Songs To Remember" album are final unless the physical media is proven defective upon arrival.
5. Tutoring Services
Alto Saxophone tutoring is subject to availability. Donna Heke reserves the right to refuse service or cancel lessons with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Donna Heke is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of your use of this website or the inability to access services due to technical issues beyond our control.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
